WALNUT AND CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD


Nothing says home like baking fresh banana bread topped with crunchy walnuts and melted chocolate chips!


​Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour

  • 1 1/2 cups Milled Flax Seeds​

  • 1/2 cup Walnuts

  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil

  • 1/4 Nut Milk

  • 2 tbsp @rootalive Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

  • ​1 tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  1. Mash the two bananas and add all ingredients together in a bowl EXCEPT for walnuts and chocolate chips.

  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and top with chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
