Guilt free cookies made of vegetables! Crush the sweet tooth craving with sweet potato cookies with a kick of cinnamon.


  • 2 mashed and cooked Sweet Potatoes

  • 1 cup Quick Oats

  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp melted Butter or Coconut Oil


  1. Mix sweet potatoes, oats, almond butter, almond milk, and cinnamon together in a medium size bowl.

  2. On a cooking sheet with parchment paper, brush melted butter on top.

  3. Scoop tablespoon size cookie dough onto the sheet and flatten. Leave 1 inch of space in between each cookie (makes about 12 cookies).

  4. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
