PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


Yes, we're baking vegetables into brownies! Mix up pumpkin puree and cacao for a sweet treat. You won't even be able to tell the difference!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten-free oats

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • ​2 tbsp @rootalive ceylon cinnamon

  • As many choco chips as you want! ​


Instructions

  1. Mix it all up, make cookie dough balls, flatten on a cookie sheet.

  2. Bake for 15-20 mins at 375 degrees.

  3. Enjoy!
