dEATS:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 cup psyllium husk

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp organic stevia

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 10-12 muffins.
