EASY OVERNIGHT OATS WITH BLUEBERRIES


Make an easy grab and go breakfast with these overnight oat jars! Mix in quick oats with sweet, plant milk, and toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Almond or Coconut Milk

  • 1/4 cup Quick Oats

  • 1/4 cup Frozen/Fresh Blueberries

  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter


Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a mason jar or small container.

  2. Ensure all ingredients are fully covered in milk and stir together.

  3. Put into fridge and let it sit overnight (about 6 hours or until oats are soft).

  4. Enjoy!
