BAKED HERB & GARLIC KALE CHIPS


Treat yourself to a tasty and healthy kale chip snack, packed with herb and garlic flavour. Walk away guilt-free even if you eat all of it!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Kale (leaves only)

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry kale leaves with a clean paper/kitchen towel.

  2. Cut kale into bit size pieces (chip size!).

  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.

  4. Lay flavoured kale out on a cooking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes until crispy.

  6. Enjoy!
