Treat yourself to a tasty and healthy kale chip snack, packed with herb and garlic flavour. Walk away guilt-free even if you eat all of it!
1 cup Fresh Kale (leaves only)
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Wash and pat dry kale leaves with a clean paper/kitchen towel.
Cut kale into bit size pieces (chip size!).
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.
Lay flavoured kale out on a cooking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
