BAKED FLAX CRUSTED ZUCCHINI BITES


Have a healthy snack with these homemade vegetable chips! Bake thinly sliced zucchini chips crusted with flax seeds and spices for a guilt free treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 sliced Zucchini

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt

  • Pinch of Pepper


Instructions

  1. Thinly slice zucchini into bite size pieces.

  2. In a small bowl, fully coat zucchini with avocado oil.

  3. Mix in flax seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. On a baking sheet, space out the prepped zucchini bites (not touching or overlapping another piece).

  5. Bake on 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Do not overcook.
