Have a healthy snack with these homemade vegetable chips! Bake thinly sliced zucchini chips crusted with flax seeds and spices for a guilt free treat.
1 sliced Zucchini
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
Pinch of Pepper
Thinly slice zucchini into bite size pieces.
In a small bowl, fully coat zucchini with avocado oil.
Mix in flax seeds, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
On a baking sheet, space out the prepped zucchini bites (not touching or overlapping another piece).
Bake on 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Do not overcook.
