ABOUT ALLQUEENBEE

I'm allqueenbee and I’m a Plant-Based Nutrition Coach. I specialize in working with busy professionals to manage stress, build healthy habits, and bio-hack diet for peak performance. 

 

Prior to becoming a coach, I spent a decade working in world-class technology firms in senior roles. I crunched 60+ hour weeks and understand how the corporate grind can affect physical-mental health and wellness. I enjoyed the work I was doing, but the burnout was real. Throughout my journey of recovery and self-care, I was inspired to help my colleagues take control of their health so they could show up for work feeling energized, productive, and empowered. I've been an active holistic health and wellness advocate for the past 10 years. I love everything health, nutrition, and fitness related!

THE PLANT-BASED LIFESTYLE

My coaching approach is centred around the Plant-Based Lifestyle. 'Plant-Based' means that food choices consist of mainly plants (90%). Think whole grains, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and clean protein. The idea is to reduce eating animal by-products, and bring more colourful, healthy foods into the mix. For the best results, I also try to steer clear of processed foods, refined sugar, and alcohol.

 

Going plant-based can help:

  • Alkalinize the body to reduce incidence of chronic disease

  • Help detox your body with increased fibre and nutrients

  • The sustainability of our planet

I also don't encourage fad diets. When working together, I won't send you away with a template meal plan and sub-par advice. My goal is to help you build foundational and sustainable habits for life. My ultimate job is to keep you 110% accountable and I want you to walk away with undeniable clarity of what being healthy truly means to you.
