SMOKED SALMON SUSHI WITH AVOCADO

  • 4 slices Smoked Salmon
  • 1 cup cooked Brown Rice
  • 2 sheets Dried Nori (seaweed)
  • 1/2 sliced Cucumber
  • 1 sliced Avocado​
  • Soy Sauce (optional for dipping)
Instructions
  1. Cut cucumber and avocado into long sticks approximately 3 inches long. This will help for easy wrapping. ​
  2. Scoop 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice onto seaweed sheet. Spread evenly on the whole sheet. 
  3. Put cucumber, avocado, and 2 slices smoked salmon along the bottom of the seaweed sheet (in a straight line). Use the bottom of the sheet as a guide when rolling. 
  4. When rolling is complete, you should have a sushi burrito.
  5. Eat as is or cut into 1 inch wide bite sizes. 
  6. Repeat steps #1 to #3 again (makes 2 rolls). 
  7. Optional to use soy sauce for dipping.
  8. Enjoy!
