PAN FRIED SHRIMPS WITH PESTO KONJAC PASTA
8-10 Fresh Shrimps
8 pieces Asparagus
2 cups of Water
1 cup of Konjac Spaghetti
1/2 cup of Pesto
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Dash of Himalayan Salt
Dash of Ground Black Pepper
Melt the butter in a pan.
Place shrimps on the hot pan and season with salt and pepper.
Cook 2-3 minutes until shrimps are pink (cooked all the way through and shrimp should have an opaque colour).
Coat raw asparagus in oil and season with garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until soft.
Bring water to a boil and put in konja spaghetti.
Stir for 2 minutes until pasta is hot and drain.
In a separate bowl, stir in pesto sauce. Do not heat the pesto.
Bring all the ingredients together on a plate and enjoy!
