I’ve always been a health/fitness fanatic, but when I found out that most MDs have less than 10 hours of nutrition and food science training, I set on a mission to turn my passion into something that could fill a gap in the market.
My goal is to help others learn about how to prevent disease and THRIVE in health, instead of just focusing on how to fix it after the fact. 💪
